Where are you located? How far are you willing to travel?
We are located in the metropolitan Philadelphia area delivering to all of south eastern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware and New Jersey. But we can accommodate areas outside our regular delivery area with sufficient notice.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm, but you can contact us anytime and we will have a representative respond to you as soon as possible.
Do you charge for utensils, serving items and napkins?
There is no extra cost for standard equipment including plates, bowls, napkins, and cups when applicable. Plastic serving utensils and cutlery will also be provided. If you are looking for specific disposable equipment such as upscale disposables, there may be an up-charge depending on what you order.
We have guests with dietary restrictions, what do you recommend?
We offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free meal options, as well as meals to accommodate ethnic and religious practices. If you have more specific concerns, or have colleagues and guests with a variety of different food allergies or restrictions, call us to speak with a representative. We will work out the best solution for your specific order.
Can you work with me to put together the right menu within our budget?
Yes, our staff can work with you on all aspects of your menu creation always keeping your budget in mind.
What time will you arrive to drop off and set up our order?
We request at least a 30-minute delivery window, allowing us sufficient time for setup and presentation. For example, if your group wants to eat at 8 am, we will deliver between 7:45 and 8:15 a.m. We strive for 100% on time deliveries!
